VSU Transcript Request

Interested in receiving your full academic record from one of the top HBCU colleges? Right now there are two ways for students and alumni to make their °ÄÃŽðɯ transcript requests.

Online Ordering:

  • Official VSU transcripts are available through the  at a charge of $5 per copy (additional processing and delivery fees will apply).  PDF transcripts are only available to students who were in attendance in 1991 or later.

  • Online Ordering offers a fast, simple, and secure way to order copies of your VSU transcript via the Web.  You will be guided through the easy step-by-step process and receive email updates on your order, which you can also .

Written Request:

  • Official VSU transcripts ordered by submitting a written request must include the signature of the student. Mailed transcript requests must contain a $5 money order payment. Do not send cash.
